Go Bucks

'Tis the season for the annual Michigan-Ohio State game. We are hosting the party at our house this year, while Dean is providing the gyros. We're very excited to cheer the Buckeyes on to another victory. In order to cheer along with us, Andrew has learned the "Buckeye Battle Cry" for the occasion.

The Sombreros

So, Meemee was in town for 3 weeks after Nicholas was born. She was here to help me, as well as get her rental property ready for new tenants. While cleaning out the basement of the double, she found 2 sombreros. No idea what they were for originally, or why they were still in the basement, but lucky us, she brought them back to our house. They have quickly become Andrew's favorite dress up toy. He likes to put one sombrero on himself, the other on me (or Alexis if she's over) and run around the house. Ah, the things that entertain children.

And here are some pictures of The Sombreros. Ole!

Intro

Well, we have given in to the world of blogging. I enjoy reading all about my niece, Alexis, and, although she lives right down the street from us, I don't know all the funny stories Meaghan writes about. So, I figured this was a way for us to tell our funny stories, too, which I usually forget once they happen. Maybe if we start writing them as soon as they happen, we can preserve Andrew and Nicholas's childhood. Sound good? hee.

So, here goes.
